Here's the actions we are taking at Zest Lifewear to minimise the risk to our employees and customers
Wellbeing of employees and customers
☐ Our employees work from home locations only, and customers or visitors do not attend our premises.
☐ Employees have received training in Covid 19 safe practices – hand hygiene, cleaning, physical distancing and appropriate use of masks.
☐ Employees have been advised they are not to attend work and arrange for immediate testing if they are unwell, have visited any of the identified hotspots, travelled internationally, or have had contact with anyone known to be positive or suspected of having Covid 19.
☐ Employees all have the Covid safe app installed and active
☐ Workstations are for individual use only and are not shared.
☐ All meetings, discussions and training are being conducted via conference call or email.
☐ Customer deliveries are contactless, and we do not issue packing slips or invoices unless requested
☐ Garments are removed from individual packaging with gloved hands and packaged for delivery with new materials. Address labels are sealed within a plastic envelope.
☐ Products are quarantined for 14 days after arrival from manufacturer or customers, and then released for sale.
☐ We do not accept returns or exchanges of masks
☐ We only deliver through Australia Post , which has a comprehensive Covid 19 safe plan to protect customers.
☐ We accept only cashless transactions.
Hand Hygiene and Cleaning
☐ Hand sanitiser is placed at several key locations in our workplaces.
☐ Surface cleaning wipes are provided for workstations and other related equipment such as phone and mouse.
☐ Staff are to wear gloves when cleaning and wash hands thoroughly before and after with soap and water
☐ Products are removed from individual packaging with gloved hands and packaged for delivery with new materials. Address labels are sealed within a plastic envelope.
☐ All employees have installed the Covidsafe app.
☐ All customer information is retained in our ecommerce system, so we can trace any potential contacts. We comply with all privacy legislation requirements.
☐ We will cooperate with NSW Health if contacted in relation to a positive case of COVID-19 at our workplace, and notify SafeWork NSW on 13 10 50.
