Can I return my order?
Yes. If your awesome new gear doesn’t quite fit or if you just don’t love it, you can return it within 30 days for an exchange for another size, refund or a store credit. Its always a good idea to check your measurements against the size chart before you place your order.
Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty, but we are happy to exchange for a different size or issue a credit.

What sizes can you offer me?
Our designs are in sizes 14 to 36, take a peep at our size chart. We recommend measuring yourself and checking it against our size chart before placing your order, as sizes can differ between different brands and you may be a different size than usual. Some of our styles are very fitted, while others are a looser fit, so be sure to also check the product description
Many of our designs are limited runs. Once it sells out, there's no more of that piece, so don't wait too long to grab your favourites because they will sell out!
How do I use my discount code?
If you've got a discount code, woohoo!! When you get to Checkout, simply enter the discount code in the "Discount Code" field.
My payment won't go through
If you're experiencing any technical issues with the payment function, never fear, we'll get that sorted out!
- check your credit card info & expiry date or your payment password is correct.
- try clearing the browser cache (instructions on how to do that here).
- try updating your browser or smartphone to the latest OS.
If you're still having issues, please keep the items in your cart and send us an email at email@example.com describing the issue, and we will get that resolved asap for you!
