Hey Gorgeous Girls, we’re here to shake it up with our ship-shape shipping policy so you can banish the boring threads. Read on for delivery times, prices, and our Easy Returns policy below.

SHIPPING POLICY

Can’t blame you for wanting to get your mitts on our stuff ASAP, its pretty rad. We all know its hard to find awesome clothes for curves that are affordable, good quality and trendy, so we are gonna ship it to you fast as possible!! We even offer free express shipping!! (see conditions below).

We ship to: You name it - Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Europe, Asia, and anywhere that our carrier allows us to. If it’s a special or remote destination, send us a message and we will do our best to find a way of getting those sexy plus size yoga pants to you ASAP. We wouldn’t dream of depriving anyone of our delicious designs.

Packing & Handling Times: We will ship your drool-worthy order out within 24 hours. If there’s any delays or issues with the packing & handling of your luscious leggings we will let you know.

Shipping Insurance & Liability: Note that your parcel does not have any insurance unless you contact us and request & pay for it specifically before your order is placed.

Customs and Duty Fees: Note that your parcel may or may not be subject to duty or other fees when it goes through customs in your country. If you are unsure you should check with your local authority first before ordering. Please note that we can’t be held liable for any of those fees, and we really hope you don’t receive any!

Our Shipping Is FREE!

We hear you, “Will it cost me and arm & a leg?” Keep your limbs, we won’t need ‘em! Our shipping is ship-shape. All orders receive FREE postage! Yep - even international!

  • All orders of $149 and under (AUD) receive FREE standard postage including tracking!
  • All orders of $150 and over (AUD) receive FREE express postage including tracking!
  • YES - FREEEEE!!

EASY RETURNS POLICY

We would be super sad-face if you needed to return your goodies, because we really want you to be happy with us. So, our Easy Returns Policy is here for you.

    If you changed your mind, or want to get a different size

    You can return your item for an exchange or a store credit to the same value, within 60 business days of purchase as long as it is unworn and undamaged, has no marks or smells, it still has the tags attached and you put it back in the original plastic packing bag.

      Note that on Returns for change of mind/change of sizing, currently only exchanges are allowed - not full refunds, at this time.

        If your item is faulty or broken

        Hopefully you will never receive a faulty item. But if you do, we are so sorry!!  If your item is faulty then we will offer a full refund of your purchase price, or a new item to the same value.

           RETURNS PROCEDURE:

            • First, please send us an email at curves@zestlifwear.com to arrange the Return.
            • If you are in Australia, we’ll email you a prepaid postage label, so you'll get free return postage.
            • If you are outside Australia, you will need to pay for your return postage to us. But if you pay for your order with PayPal, you might be able to get a refund from PayPal on your return postage, check this below.
            • Then once we receive & check your returned goodies, we will either send you another size, or issue a store credit to the same value, depending on what you need.

             

            Pay with PayPal and get Free International Return Postage!

              • Step 1: Arrange the Return with us, and post your item back to us within our guidelines above, and pay for your return postage. Keep the postage receipt and all paperwork related to it.
              • Step 2: Photograph the receipt & paperwork which must show the return address, log in to your PayPal account, and click on the relevant transaction (when you purchased the item from us).
              • Step 3: Click on "Request Return Shipping Refund", select the correct category & reason from the drop-down, and select the payment method of how you paid for the return shipping.
              • Step 4: Upload the photos of the postage receipts, it must show the return address, enter the currency used, the date of the return, and any other details.
              • Step 5: Click Submit. PayPal will then assess and let you know if your request for a shipping refund is approved. If its approved, PayPal will give you the refund of your shipping costs!!
